The Iggy Training Recovery room offers a Sauna, NormaTec compression, Relaxing Foot Massager, and Red Light Therapy. Each of these services can be added to your training session. An appointment is necessary for these services.

    Infrared Saunas offer several health benefits including improved circulation, relaxation, pain relief, and detoxification. Some users report enhanced skin health and a potential boost to the immune system. However, it's essential to note that individual experiences may vary, and consulting with a healthcare professional is advised before incorporating infrared sauna sessions into your routine.

  • NormaTec pneumatic compression devices is used for recovery purposes. The NormaTec systems are often employed by athletes and fitness enthusiasts to aid in post-exercise recovery. The system consists of inflatable sleeves worn on the legs, arms, or hips.

  • Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red light to help treat some skin conditions, such as psoriasis. Studies suggest promising results from red light therapy. It may:

    • promote wound healing and tissue repair

    • reduce pain and inflammation

    • reduce psoriasis and burn scars

    • improve skin complexion

    • reduce the side effects of some cancer treatments
